No one told me that I would have "updates" every time you turn around. I have been back to dealership 3 times already. My dashlights go out and so does my screen when I need an update. In my book that makes for dangerous driving conditions. Beside that, they whipped out my radio choices.

They took care of us in a timely manner and treated us well. Would recommend dealership.

I had an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. I also asked the technician to check on a noise that I had noticed over the past few days. They stated that they couldn't find the cause of the noise I had heard and everything was fine.

The service department is great. They said it would take 2 hours to fix the problem and exactly 2 hours later I was on my way home. I really appreciate their consideration when informing me about wait times. Thank you for the great service.

The process was easy and our salesperson, Caleb Krebs, did a great job checking in and arranging to meet us halfway to pick up the truck. He offered to bring it all the way to us, but it worked out better to have an hour drive home to learn how the truck drives.
