    We had a great experience with Taylor Grubaugh. All the team were amazing to work with. We started with texts from Jeremy about helping us with what we were looking at, to meeting him and Taylor when we arrived. Followed by later meeting the other team members checking on us all to the signing with Paul and the finance team for our new 26 Tahoe Duramax. We highly recommend working with this dealership. Prices are what everyone would hope for.

    Great team. Arrived at the dealership and was promptly greeted by salesman. I had spoken with Kyle on the phone earlier, and he was busy with another customer, but meet with us as soon as he was available. Was able to test drive the Encore GX, and feel in love. The purchasing process was handled quickly with Dave explaining everything in a very friendly manner. After paperwork was completed, Kyle did a walk through, and help get the OnStar hooked up. Great dealership to work with, and will be recommending them family and friends!

    I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and was not scheduled for the correct service. When I returned an hour later to pick it up, I was initially told that nothing was wrong, despite the fact that the car repeatedly displayed an error message telling me to “shift into park” even when it is already in park. I explained the issue again to Tabitha at the service desk. Who initially booked my appointment. Another staff member in the office behind the service desk immediately understood what I was describing, took my keys, and after about another 45 minutes, confirmed that the vehicle does in fact need a part replaced and that the part would be ordered. Because my appointment was not set up correctly from the start, I ended up missing two hours of work instead of the one hour I had planned. This could have been avoided with proper scheduling and listening to the customer the first time. The issue was eventually identified, but the process was inefficient and cost me additional time I did not have. I brought my car in on Dec 1 for them to replace the part and everything went smoothly.

    I had the transmission replaced in my 2020 Silverado, and the only reason I gave a five star rating was because of the friendless of Josh. I was informed it would take a couple of days to change out the transmissions, and I was to have the truck there by October 15, 2025. I contacted Josh on the 17th, and was informed that the service department was running behind, but I was the next in line. I got my truck on 23 October 2025, and Josh apologized for the delay. Friendliness goes a long way with me, and Josh Tilson has been nothing but professional and friendly when I have my truck serviced.
